We would highly recommend Qcs Cars queensferry Tony was absolutely amazing with us and just brought our 2nd car from him. We found him honest & trustworthy and me and my husband had been to a good few garages but We felt re-assured by Tony and chose his garage over others. Tony has the time patience to talk through what the car would be used for and if it’s the right “fit” for our needs.

All started with an initial long telephone conversation requesting advice and support regarding the purchase of a suitable vehicle and best way to sell my existing part ex. Within this telephone conversation and much to my surprise, I was able to consider Tony, the owner of QCS, as a serious and trustworthy person to deal with. During the whole process, which included, great advice on purchasing a new vehicle, taking in my own vehicle as part ex, present trade information, trade history, communication, feeling welcome........ was second to none. There were a number of advisories on the MOT which Tony had no problems resolving culminating in a 12 month MOT with no advisories left. His honesty was further witnessed by his enthusiastic transparency whilst showing me all the receipts relating to the completed work. This experience has restored my faith in people, suggesting that not all car salesmen are to be tarred with the same brush. Will definitely return to QCS for any further advice or when the need arises to change my vehicle in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Tony at QCS was a pleasure to deal with. Had a good stock of vehicles and very helpful with advice when choosing a car for my daughter. The vehicle was immaculately presented on pick up and he mentioned he doesn't give a standard external warranty/policy but if anything goes wrong in the first 12 months to ring him. Five weeks later and a coil spring issue cropped up. I phoned Tony on Bank Holiday Monday at 1600 and he said leave it with him and he would call me back as garages were closed. The very next day before 0900 he rang to say he had it booked in at a garage closer to my home so it will be easier for me. We took the car in and the mechanic was very complimentary of Tony and his business which again is a great sign. The coil spring was replaced along with a couple of other things and away we went. Really can't praise QCS highly enough for the service I have received.

Reliable trader! Amazing service! We live quite far from where we bought the car - they brought it to us with no charge! and then after a month we had a minor problem with the car - they responded immediately, solved the problem, picked our car up, left a replacement one in the meantime and then brought ours back! We highly recommend this trader!

I found Tony at QCS to be very helpful. I was looking to buy long distance so arranged a time to meet and checkout the car. It had been serviced and was all ready waiting. Had as much time with the car in the lot as I wanted. Was shown the car, then left to have a closer look, no hassling no pushy Sales tactics. As I was not from near by I was given some directions for a good test drive. The car was as described in the advert, no surprises when I arrived. It had been given a good service, clean MOT and was running well. After purchasing the car I did have a question and the mechanic on the lot was able to give me quick (and accurate) information. I'd recommend QCS to anyone looking for a car.

Overall an outstanding experience at QCS. Tony was such a lovely man and was always at the other end of the phone to answer all my questions. I was made up with the car I bought from the garage too. Tony went through everything I needed to do before leaving the garage, as as a woman I’m useless with this sort of thing. 110% recommend to anyone looking for a new car!
